Chains of Command Paper

This paper analyzes the progression of organizations
from centralized, hierarchical chains of command, to their current decentralized form of organizing comprised of self-managing teams. I conclude, the solution to effective teamwork in the modern workplace is effective communication, both online and face-to-face.
