Press release

In my Principles of Public Relations class, I constructed and published a fictional press release addressed to the key demographics of Target customers.

Within the ethical codes for the class, Principles of PR stressed heavily the importance of telling the truth, and how to do so succinctly. The press release, and other Public Relations tools (ex: writing speeches) expect strategic truth-telling comprised with pertinent information for it's publics. These are important skills to bring to the workplace, and especially for marketing. Attracting an audience to your product/service can be diminished if your company is not honest and factual with it's tenets.
